NY is experiencing freezing cold temperatures and snow on snow. Seems like we are getting snow every day next week. I feel like when I was younger we used to always get snow in Nov/Dec not Jan/Feb. I miss those days! I am ready for a warm tropical vacation.

When rain turns into sunshine …

you get a happy girl! So far this trip has been smooth sailing with the weather! Some typical Florida rain here & there but mostly sunny which means I’ve been basking in the sun.

LOTS of pasta! Which also means pasta night more often. Last night we did a Zuppa di pesce with scallops, mussels, clams and shrimp! 😚👌 I’m a big seafood person so this was heaven to me!
