We recently just tried a new product called Oralgen and have loved it so far. The kit comes with the 2 whitening sticks, a whitening pen, a case and the Nupearl. How it works? You put the retainer like product in your mouth with the whitening product from the stick and turn on the blue light. You only have to keep it in your mouth for around 10-20 minutes for it to work. Once you are done you just take out the blue light and wash the retainer. It is as easy as that. It also comes with a whitening pen to reach the hard to reach spots like the cracks in-between your teeth.
