I always struggle with what to wear at a BBQ because I never know what activities to expect. I usually like to pick something pretty loose that can be worn comfortably during different activities. What is better to wear than loose shorts with a shirt tucked in and a cute necklace for that extra touch. This way you still look cute but you are ready for volleyball, horseshoes, soccer, etc if you want to play!
The shorts were a steal that I got from Forever 21 last year but they still fit and look great (there are a lot of similar pairs online right now). The necklace I got from Macy’s. They always have great deals and sales all you have to do is wait for them. I got this necklace on sale recently and it looks great with so many different outfits. I love anything with feathers and leaves so this was a must for my wardrobe! Finally we paired it with a pair of Steve Madden flats that I got on sale at DSW. They run a half size bigger so I suggest going down a size for them.
