The LBD is the answer for everything. When you’re having a panic attack before your date because you have no idea what you’re going to wear or you’re going to an interview for a new job, always relay on the LBD! We think a great LBD goes a long way and is acceptable no matter what you do. For the Summertime we’d suggest finding a darling shift shape option or a cute sleeveless option. The shift shape is simple and forgiving for those hot days. It can always be dressed up or down easily with accessories and or by just wearing a jean jacket (which is a favorite look of ours). A sleeveless option is also great. It has more of a casual look and feel but can easily be dressed up as well.
Last night I went out in SoNo (Norwalk CT) and my LBD came to my rescue! SoNo is a young up and coming area right by the water with delicious restaurants. This was my first time there though and I wasn’t sure what the vibe would be like so I went with my [High Neck LBD]. It worked perfectly and I was so comfortable. This dress was loose but flattering, super light for the humid night last night and it has pockets! Who doesn’t love a dress with pockets? I paired it with a [Kendra Scott] bib necklace and my other obsession…my [Rockstud Flats] in hot pink! With a LBD I love to have a pop of color and I either do that with a statement necklace or with my shoes. I finished my look with a jean jacket…of course and an old school Kate Spade handbag from the gold coast collection.
