Alex and I both love to cook! We have been cooking in the kitchen with our mom’s every since we can remember. Kitchens are one of the most important rooms in the home as it is a space we all spend a lot of time in. We have been on the hunt for new cookware and are so happy we discovered Caraway
We never knew how toxic cookware could be until recently. When we were traveling and at an airbnb and were using their pots and pans. We made simple eggs and then noticed how the eggs had black speckles in it everywhere. It was the pan coming apart and into our food which is terrible for you! Luckily they had other pans that were better than we could use.
Now why Caraway Cookware?
Well to start the brands core message is “quality cookware without the chemicals”. They use eco-friendly ceramic rather than polytetrafluoroethylene or PTFE, to make their pots and pans. Their cookware is a mineral- based coating which means it won’t leach toxic chemicals into your delicious food. It also releases up to 60 percent less CO2 in the manufacturing process compared to traditional nonstick which we really appreciate.
Our favorite part has to be all the different colors it comes in. We have been using our set for about 2 months now and the inside or outside has no burn marks at all! Also when you purchase the cookware set it comes with a magnetic pan rack and a canvas lid holder shown below! It makes organizing in our cabinet simplified.
