I wore this cute plaid dress the other day and it inspired me on a few other outfits to wear to Thanksgiving dinner with your family.
Thanksgiving for our Family [Kelly]
For the past few years we have always had Thanksgiving at my house and my mom always put together the biggest spread of food. Last year my mom was sick in the hospital so we ended up having Thanksgiving on Saturday instead since we didn’t want to have it without her there. I tried to follow in her footsteps and put together an amazing spread since she was too sick to do it. I just wanted her to be happy but realistically she was just happy to be with us. In our hearts we all knew that this was potentially her last Thanksgiving with us but we didn’t want to believe it. Not to get all sad on you guys but this year is going to be so tough without her.
The Outfits
Okay now back to the outfits. Below are a few dresses we are loving for Thanksgiving day.
The Plaid Shirt Dress
This one is obviously already a favorite for me. I actually got this dress last year, so I am linking other styles below.
The Oversized Sweater
With all the food you will be eating you cant go wrong with an oversized sweater to hid your food baby.
Cute Cardigans
You can never go wrong with a tank top and cute cardigan- it is actually my go to last minute look ha!
The Color Block Sweater
Want to add something more fun to your look? Color block sweaters are one of the trendiest items of the season
Sweater Dress
And of course one of my favoites [even though the bf hates them haha] sweater dresses. Just throw on a cute sweater dress with a pair of OTK boots.
