Our NYFW recap is finally here talking to our favorite trends on and off the runway, our looks throughout the day and the shows/events we stopped by. Make sure to read more!
CHLOE
We started off at NYFW at one of our favorite stores- CHLOE! We were so excited to work with Chloe this year and wear their newest bags of the season. I went with the Faye two tone bag which can be seen below. I love this new bag because the strap is removable where as in the other ones it isn’t. You can also buy different straps to replace this one if you get tired of it or just remove the strap all together to make it a clutch. Alex went with the new Nile bag. It is also convertible in that you can wear it as a crossbody or hold it as a clutch. We love anything that is versatile.
Yuna Yang
This was our second season attending Yuna Yang and it gets better each time. This year it was at a bookstore and this venue was beyond beautiful. We love when the venue is somewhere out of the ordinary. They featured bold prints, snake print, ruffles, and victorian styles. We love that they also had male models in heels. There were several pieces we would both wear from the collection.
And the outfits. As you can tell I had a lot of pink on my outfits this season. It is such a great standout color and it looked great on my tan skin since I had just gotten back from the Dominican Republic.

Son Jung Wan
Our favorite shoe every year has to be Son Jung Wan. This is the first runway show we ever went to as bloggers at NYFW and we are so happy to come back every year. The show they put on is spectacular and completely on trend. From the bold over the top prints, the fun and funky shoes, to even a touch of sparkle, we loved this collection. We actually arrived a little late to this show due to the show before running late. We luckily got a really good spot where we could see everything. Our favorite pieces were definitely the gowns. It is something we could see ourselves wearing to our next event.
Bumble Hive
This was a great place for us to sit down and relax for a little. They had food [which Alex and I needed], refreshments and great photo opps. It was such a well thought out space and they had some great activations going on inside as well
Willow and Clay
This might have been one of our favorites stops of the day. The ladies from Willow and Clay are the absolute sweetest. We could have stayed there all day. Not to mention their summer/fall line that is hitting soon. We are so obsessed with some of their pieces and hope to style some for you ladies. We did get to style this super cute green jumpsuit that just hit the site. You can shop it here!
Oxford Fashion Shows
Our last stop of the night was Oxford Fashion shows. We have gotten invited to these before but have never actually gone because we are usually too tired. We were happy we finally weren’t too tired to go. The only thing we didn’t realize is that it was first come first seated. We had just gotten there right before it started and we could barely see anything. It was beyond packed. It was a show that consisted of 5 up and coming designers and their pieces. They pieces were beautiful we just wish we had a better view. A lot of these designers were also all about free the nipple.
