I had such a good time in Maine even though I was there for only a few days it was perfect and I can’t wait to share with you about my experience. Read on for more!
Well to start about my stay lets talk about where I stayed. I stayed at the Portland Harbor Hotel which is right in the middle of downtown, which is where you want to be! The hotel itself is beautiful and all of the rooms are newly renovated. They are even going through a facelift for their event spaces that should be done soon incase you are looking for a great space! See below photo of the beautiful rooms.
They also have a great restaurant on site for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. We didn’t eat lunch there but we had it both mornings for Breakfast and one night for dinner. It is called BlueFin and it is right next to the lobby so it is easy to get to. For breakfast my fiancé and I tried something different each morning. The first morning I got the French Toast and he got the Omelette and the second morning I got the eggs any style and he got the smoked salmon and they were both amazing! Not to mention the amazing home fries that come with them. The Portland Harbor Hotel is offering a special package that includes Breakfast for two currently.
Dinner
And of course dinner. We both opted to try two different cuts of steak for our main dish and for our apps we got the Burrata salad and Tuna Poke
Before we move onto the deals they are offering I want to mention the free Starbucks coffee they offer on each floor for anyone staying there. Definitely a highlight and such a beautiful coffee bar on each floor.
