Looking for ways to brighten up your cold-weather wardrobe, layering with pops of color is a sure way to refresh your look. In today’s outfit post, I’m layering my black dress from Nordstrom with a comfy fashionable vest. I added a pop of bright yellow with my wristlet from Kate Spade. Not to mention, I can’t seem to part ways with my over-the-knee boots lately, and my favorite way to wear them is with skirts and dresses.
