We recently just came back from touring the Goldfarb Properties White Plains location, The Churchill! Now we are happy to share with you our thoughts and some questions we were asked on our tour!
First, we both were coming from two different locations, Katonah and Stamford and it was an easy drive to The Churchill We also found street parking very easily, even though there is a garage for the residents. It is also accessible by train – the Metro North is just a short walk away! So you have many options to get there. Once we arrived and walked around, we felt very comfortable and loved the vibes from the outside. It looked well kept, homey and we felt like we would fit in right away. We were very excited to start touring the apartments!
You enter with a Key Fob and on the main floor is a nice lobby, mail room and your laundry area. We then went in the elevator to tour two apartments, both 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. I believe one is now rented but this one is still available. Both however had nice updated kitchens and bathrooms and hardwood floors. This is something that we liked when looking so it was exciting when we walked in. OH and lets not forget the closet space, each apartment had a coat closet, large hall closet and large bedroom closets. Another key item on our wish list. It’s really a great spot for someone solo or even someone looking to move in with their significant other.
On our tour we were also asked some questions. So here are some of the questions we were asked during our tour. We hope these questions help you with getting to know the area and why we love this area.
